Generally, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice before entering for non-emergency reasons, such as repairs or inspections. In an emergency, you may enter without notice. Once a Notice to Leave (Form 12) or Notice of Intention to Leave (Form 13) has been issued, landlords and property managers are limited to entering the property no more than twice within a 7-day period.
